This doesn't include the pre-chemotherapy dental work, nor the cost of prescription drugs I've filled myself at the local pharmacy (copays totalling approximately $700), nor incidental expenses like parking in the hospital parking garage (totalling approximately $250). It does include approximately $2,500 in copays for doctors visits and hospitalizations.

The grand total so far is $175,712.97 ($169,124.97 in 2003, $6,588.00 in 2004). My employer switched to a different health insurance provider in 2004.
